Here at DU, our resident gun enthusiasts have been telling us for years that their sacred 2nd Amendment isn't about hunting. It's about keeping the populace armed against the threat of a tyrannical, overreaching, out-of-control government---to the point of overthrowing such a government, if needs be.

Our gun enthusiasts have been awfully quiet lately, don't you think?
