her show today (available maybe on her website), it occurred to me that some people in Arizona may be under investigation and that the Republicans and Issa are trying to help those people avoid prosecution or at least get the evidence against them before a grand jury is called.

I don't know. This may be another of my wild theories, but it is a possibility worth exploring.
