(13,399 posts)I belong too. Lots of walks by the beach (i am only 1/2 mile away)
First few weeks I was emotional eating a ton of sugary stuff until I came down with bad cold/flu, so that was bad idea. I am now still recuperating from that on couch by fire watching lots of series and cheesey Christmas movies.
Not watching news, but through fb friends and here I learn all i need.
I plan on not watching any of Trumps coverage for as long as i can. Watching Alex on SNL is as close as i get.

Everyone posting cute Christmas or funny coffee pics except a few hardcore political fb friends who post tons per day of all the horror that is happening with links to real news sites. I have been tempted to not look at their stuff but figure I can't hide my head in the sand.
I wrote on every Christmas card have a peaceful new year. I am hoping for some type of peace!
