People in their gigantic SUVs with a phone held up to their ear and even school kids walking home are looking down at their phones or busy chatting away. And it's not like we don't have a lot of traffic, either. "60 Minutes" did a segment on an art theft here that was a rehearsal for a bigger robbery in Boston, but the thieves got caught because they were unexpectedly stuck in rush hour traffic. And don't get me started on the skateboarders in middle of the streets at all hours. Sometimes it feels like a driver training film.
