4. There IS no evidence, and this article doesn't even hint at any evidence. Very misleading headline.

The EAC does many things, most having nothing to do with vote counting. Of course, the headline of the article focuses on the fact that they certify machines. That has nothing to do with any possible compromising of any actual machines. If an auditor of a bank is compromised, that doesn't mean the bank is compromised.
