17. Unconstitutional.

I went to their state legislative website.
House - 80 republicans - 49 Democrats
Senate - 36 republicans - 18 Democrats

The republicans are ALL white women and men. The Dems are mixed ethnicity.

Also, there is an article in Huff. Post that Gov. Elect Cooper plans to sue the State reps, their actions and laws are unconstitutional.

This mess in NC is not even close to being American.
