16. what should he be charged for the cleanup?

and for the firefighters responding to his shitbrained tactics accident?

Looks like he was using his truck for commercial purposes, not as a private vehicle,

will his auto insurance carrier notice?

in my opinion this guy is farked in the head. He probably thinks rmoney is his bud.
