10. I figure 18 months to two years

before a "crisis" emerges, causing him to claim the title of president for life.

And Republicans will accept and welcome it, because it means they get to do as they please.

Dems will lie down and say "how may we serve" in hopes of being allowed to stay in office as token resistance.

I have a very hard time seeing any light at the end of this tunnel. We've no chance to even fix the voting system or deal with suppression because the only places we have any power at all are in states that are already blue.
