11. Horrible end to a horrible year. So sorry.

It hurts, but if she's that old, has had some serious crisis this year and can't stand up anymore, it's probably time.
I'm watching our current old girl Princess; since we don't know how old she actually is, she could be anywhere from 13 - 17, and she's getting more grumpy, losing her balance a bit more, and starting to fade. It will be her time within the next couple years. December has always been the cruelest month for cats IME, both my fur-baby boys passed in December.

She knows you love her and are doing the best for her, no matter what.
