What was she supposed to do? She didn't just sit there, if you actually watched the entire video and listened, she did defend herself. At one moment, near the end of the video, she states that she knows where they all live and will talk to their parents. I believe that is where one of the boys threatens to beat her ass if she does that.

MY BIGGEST CONCERN is that these kids' parents aren't doing their jobs. I'm guessing this isn't the first time those idiots have harassed Karen, it's just the first time they taped it. There is something fundamentally wrong with the way these kids are being raised if they think it's okay to behave this way. It's not the bus monitors fault, it's not the school's fault, it's not the bus company's fault. Stop trying to shift the blame where it doesn't lie.
