Sure, ABC, CBS, Fox, NBC and the news channels will carry the inauguration. However, the CW, independent channels and any number of cable channels could carry it if the names are large and numerous.
Personally, I would love every big name musical act to perform and for the concert to run several hours as a charity telethon of some sort.
