9. All that could accomplish would be to.......possibly.......convene a constitutional convention.

If repeal of the 22nd amendment was proposed at such a constitutional convention, it would still have to be ratified by three quarters of the states. Not very likely.

But first of all, understand that this method had never been followed and there are questions as to how such a constitutional convention could be pulled off today.

And secondly, it assumes that all of the states that have GOP majorities would be in favor of repealing Mr. 22, which is far from a safe assumption.
