So the President of CBS does not want to pay FICA on his 20 million plus salary. And CBS would not want to pay their share as well, so eliminating the cap is a non starter because the 1 per cent would not like it? How about this, we say you will receive your 230K annual benefit but you have to wait until you are much older (say 75 plus) to get it. Or if they hit hard times they can apply at an earlier age. Of course this is all just a pipe dream until the Democrats can come back into power.
