massive revolt about Judge Garland being frozen out of consideration? If we can't do anything legally to force his consideration, surely we can make a big public issue out of the flagrant injustice. We are just meekly rolling over on this enormous issue.

They're the party of "NO" and apparently we are the party of "Well, okay."

Because we stupidly assumed we'd win the WH? Is that the extent of our leadership's strategy? We are continually outmaneuvered.



That said, it was encouraging to see Senator Warren's move today insisting on reviewing evidence about the lack of bank prosecutions for the '08 crisis. I hope Schumer is warming up the engines.
