Do the other candidates oppose this idea?

Do the other candidates think that GOP voter suppression is not a big issue?

I hope not because I will tell you from personal experience that the current party leadership, which has been in power ever since Bill Clinton (talking dominant political philosophy, not individuals, here), refused to lift a finger in resources, public support, or money to help the thousands of convicted felons (a majority of whom were black males) who were stripped from the voter rolls during the ChoicePoint purge in Florida before the 2000 election.

If ANY candidate for DNC chair (Perez, Ellison, Harrison, ANYONE) is unwilling to stand up for people of color out of fear of being "Willie Horton-ed," I can't support them.
