but toxic trump isn't known for following procedure, and they all know they've got a relentless propaganda machine behind them, and that a republican congress will never investigate even things that we completely out in the open.

my first instinct was that they'd use a private email server out of convenience and to use the destruction of politically damaging crap, but part of my thinks they'll use a private server just as a big "f*ck you" to hillary and democrats.
