but it can be tweaked/fixed without repealing the whole thing. If Republicans were smart, they'd get some Democrats to work together in a genuinely bipartisan manner to fix some of the flaws in the program and herald the success. But even if a few of them genuinely wanted to do that, they've all demonized the law to their voters so much that they are now boxed in with having to repeal it in one way or another or risk their voters' wrath.
