If it is possible to reasonably conclude that the hacking could have affected the election enough to swing it in his favor (and that's possible, considering the very thin margins in several swing states), then his victory is just as illegitimate as Bush's was. I have no doubt Trump is trying to dismiss the hacking claims for that reason.
