can someone give me information, please. the russian ship headed to syria. [View all]

maddow implied the reason the ship turned around was putins meeting with obama. my husband read it was brittian canceling insurance? i figured it was a bit of both, obama and britian working together.

has anyone kept informed on this story that has more of the inside story to it?
