(21,020 posts)sides of the political spectrum, and in between.
As far as I know, none of them has unfriended me. I don't usually get involved in political discussions on FB anyway
I haven't unfriended anyone either, although I have stopped "following" them. Meaning, for anyone not familiar with FB...still being friends with the person, but their posts don't show up on my newsfeed. So yeah, there's that. Most times I just scroll right past the RW bullshit.
One person I absolutely HAD to stop following wasn't because of political views. It's one of those insufferable modern-day moms who think their kid is the second coming of Jesus and is forever posting photos. Constantly. It's like every single minute of the kid's life is being documented via photo and honestly who needs to see 25 photos per day of a kid doing the same damned thing.
This person confessed recently to having something like 35,000 photos stored on one of her devices, and at last count (5+ years ago, I tallied up over 18,000 photos on Facebook...95% of them of her kid)
So yeah...sometimes there are things even worse than someone's political views.
