79. There is no basis in the Constitution to challenge it.

The US Constitution is an amazing document that has withstood many challenges. However, it is NOT a PERFECT document, as some blind patriots would have us believe. Even RBGinsburg said there are better constitutions. The founders knew it would have to evolve, so they provided for Amendments, interpretations by the courts, and checks and balances. However, given the current RW, not just Republican, but dangerously RW domination of ALL branches of government, there will be no evolution of our Constitution to address it's inherent problems. Our system of checks and balances is broken. Our means of addressing constitutional problems in the courts is comprised, and will objectively become worse. The beginning of the end of our democracy is well underway.
