When Sessions stated that he didn't know one of the guys speaking out against him and Franken pointed out the that they guy did the actual work on one of the cases Session tried to claim as his own. 
It is hard to believe he did the work when Sessions hadn't even met the attorney who did the work.
Sessions kept trying to claim the cases and Franken would pipe up filed. 
When Sessions stated that his name was first on the paperwork therefore the case was his that was as good as an admission that he inflated his resume.
