8. i don't think McCain sees it as revenge or payback. He has always been anti Putin

and it's just part of his beliefs. If HIllary were to get into office he would be pushing for the same and maybe even tougher measures than she would .

but it's to his credit that he does what he thinks is best for the country and not personal revenge .
