14. It's more of a fascist kleptocracy now. Call them "New Russians," which is a derogatory term.

After the Soviet Union fell, New Russians formed to fill the void.

They are the kleptocracy who makes money by dubious means.

The loons are siding with foreign actors, for the purpose of acquiring wealth and power using shady tactics.

Pretty much using organized mob-like tactics to get their way.
