3. This verdict

Temporarily restored my faith in our justice system. I hope that all of the pedophiles out there who molest children really read about this case and the verdict. They need to understand (which their warped thinking usually prevents) the damage they do to their victims and that these crimes are horrible enough to have a person put away for life.

Any sexual behavior with a child is so very wrong. A child can never consent and just because you can terrorize or confuse a child into silence or submission--their inability to stand up for themselves in these revolting abuse situations is not a sign that they want to be abused.

The damage victims sustain is a life sentence and causes so much trauma. I hope all pedophiles pay attention to this verdict and come out of denial about the horrific harm that they inflict in children.
