54. Thats true

They are kept in PC protective custody OR they would most definately be killed in a very short time if in general population. The prison life will take a toll quickly at his age. I have a friend who has been in 3 times and at 54 years old he said he would NOT go back because it is just too hard of a life mentally and physically. He would rather the alternative of a toaster in the bathtub.
