without a cold glass of milk.
Messes with my insides too but still worth it. I know it's time to have that when I've forgotten how much trouble it was last time.
As luck would have it, I am getting very forgetful as I get older so I get to have even more PB&J and milk.
When I'm feeling truly adventurous, I'll make chocolate milk.
