Chocolate milk and a pb&j. It's a practice I normally keep private. That said, it's usually just milk. I say "just" but it's nothing to sneeze at.

Milk has always made me a little sick after drinking it. Nothing major but it does seem to be getting worse. On ocassion I still pour a big glass and drink it down. Love it with a pb&j. It's an ocassional treat.
