9. Yes and it's been obvious for decades that Republicans want to win not support our country

To them winning is far more important than the good of the country or the good of other Americans. I believe that has been true since Nixon was caught out in his crimes. If Ford had not pardoned Nixon and there had been a trial detailing the crimes committed by the Nixon White House, his aides who abetted him would have been outted and sent to prison along with their boss.

Considering what those abettors have done in the last four decades the country would have been on a completely different trajectory. Which, of course, is WHY Ford pardoned Nixon. If he had not the Republican brand would have been forever smeared.

And since the Nixon resignation the Republicans have been after revenge with no care for what their vindictiveness does to the country. Over the last couple of decades they have forgotten their original excuse for their hate of Democrats and their hate has become unreasoning and increasingly destructive. Republicans now will be happy only with the total annihilation of the Democratic Party - to hell with what the consequences to the country and the world.

On the other hand Democrats keep trying to concentrate on what is best for this country with the delusion that Republicans still have the same goal.

I am very afraid for our country.
