102. That site harbors a number of uncared for mentally ill persons.

We really need to do a better job in this country of getting people access to care. We need to fight harder. We need to help these people. At this point they have been let down by family, friends, and society. Not all mental illness manifests itself in such hatred. That said, society would be a better place if we could get control and provide some of these people with the help they so desperately need.
