16. OMG. My eyes! My eyes!

The ugliness inside of Mr. Fouts is clearly oozing out of him. Creepiness level ten.

I know we all suffer bad photographs occasionally, but rarely anything like that.

Maybe it's a medical condition, or he was born that way, and I should just shut up. But given his words, I kinda doubt it.

He even looks like a Nazi. Put an SS uniform on him and he'd be perfect playing the part of a sadistic concentration camp commandant in a low budget war movie.

BTW, Mayor is officially a non-partisan office in Warren Michigan.
