7. I guess you're using Chrome? I believe it's only an extension for Chrome.

You shouldn't need to download anything. Just click on the blue Add to Chrome button in the top right hand corner here. Maybe you need to restart the browser. An easy way is to paste chrome://restart into the omnibox and press return.

Other than that, I'm not sure what to suggest. Can't just now, but will try to check into it more more later.
