as imperfect as it is, it can only get better, I said. I have a friend on disability with COPD..makes about $50 too much a month to qualify for Medicaid, has a fully subsidized Obamacare policy. Her medicine is covered at approx. $800/month. Her right wing family is all trump, but will they, can they, help her pay for her medicine?
