16. And a thief!

He had the Penn Hills School District (suburb of Pittsburgh) pay for cyber-educating his children while serving (hah!) as senator from PA - yet living in a 2 million dollar home outside of DC. His "house" in Penn Hills hadn't been lived in in years, and CERTAINLY not by him or his immediate family. And the Penn Hills School District is struggling to stay solvent after struggling with population decline and lessened state funding support.
Hypocritical fraud/thief!!!!!!
