On Rachel Maddow tonight she went over how Obama ramped up the pledged troops to Norway, Estonia, Bulgaria, etc from next month to before he leaves office. The prior lead-in was about Russia's kgb using video with prostitutes to catch people and use politically.
She ended it with basically saying.... so we will see if Trump does Putin's bidding by pulling the Troops out. If not, Russia could very well release any intel they have on Trump.
