If your driver doesn't understand the gig economy, tis a pity. There will be times when he won't even make minimum wage and all the costs are on him e.g. gas and maintenance on his vehicle.

The only peple making money are owners ofLyft and Uber. Apparently this is okay with your driver & the reason he voted for Trump.

Rate the driver a 1 and email a complaint with Lyft. I once made acomplaint about a passenger who used the "n" word when he ranted about Obama. The passenger was banned from Lyft.
