The people being charged with felony rioting are the ones who showed up with crow bars on Inauguration Day....the ones that were creating chaos and breaking windows.

Showing up to a protest with a crow bar...and then using it? I have no problem making that a felony.

But to be clear - no one marching on Saturday was charged with felony.
