I have a question about boycotting products of commercial sponsors on news networks like FOX [View all]

With Trump busy at work trying to control the news we are able to hear. Is it possible for everyone to band together and stop purchasing products of the commercial sponsors of the news networks like FOX? Could this help in any way?
