23. I'm reading a book...

by Malcolm Nance. It was written before the election and explores the Russian hack of the DNC last year. One part of the book he says that though the hackers could have been more stealthy, they left a bit of a mess - almost, he said, like a "screw you." He compared it to trashing someone's house during a robbery when it isn't necessary. They wanted people to know they'd done it.

The OP is interesting based on that alone.
