Just read a piece in the June 10 Sunday NYT Magazine about how liberals have to stop watching/listening to RW radio and TV. We need to get our message "out there." But we don't have to dwell on the drivel from the RW.
Publicly supporting Chris and Melissa is far more important!

I am now a reformed Morning Joe regular. I purposely turn off/mute what I know is going to be another stupid RW rant designed to make me angrier and thinking less about what I need to be doing positively, not reacting to negative sh*t. It does free up the mind. I'm not totally divorced from MJ but am being lots more selective and leaving out more and more. I've seen the light (thanks to my friends here on DU who "told me so" and now I am at last listening to their wise counsel).
