I suppose he could declare a state of emergency and ask for the National Guard to go. I doubt he'll get much traction with that, however. I'm assuming he's not up to speed with that whole Posse Comitatus thing, and it isn't interstate crime so FBI can't really go in (Elliot Ness died a while ago...) Not sure who he plans to send in, really.

You can bet, however, that Rahm would be mighty peeved with this development, and he'd be fresh outta f***s to give when talking to Kim Jong Don about it. Might be worth the price of admission. I have to wonder, who wins? Chicago PD, the gangs, or Mayor Emanuel? They are all mean enough to go head to head with the Orange Assailant.
