Trump says construction of wall to begin in "months"

As for the funds to build the wall, Mr. Trump says "we’ll be reimbursed at a later date from whatever transaction we make from Mexico"

In "months" from now, when the wall isn't even funded started or even designed... the excuses will be YUGE! and plentiful.
