The Scientists march on Washington website that is referenced on their Facebook page, I did a little digging and didn't get a lot of answers:

https://www.whois.com/whois/scientistsmarchonwashington.com

They are hiding the name of who registered the domain name and their organization...the domain name was created on the January 21st of this year though.
