Officials in Texas have already said they don't want to fuck up Big Bend Park with that thing. It will be a hard sell in NM, too, not because the scenery is all that wonderful but because of wildlife issues, especially jaguar migration. Maybe he can build it to wall us and Colorado off from the red states.
