have dual citizenship where one is in the US. They're talking about dual citizenship where one of the two countries is one of the barred countries, but the other is not. So, for example, someone with dual citizenship in, say, Syria and Germany, could be barred.

If you're showing your US passport, though, you're not going to get barred. That would be unconstitutional.
