get this straight for those who say he can't, he will demand "something" that will have some type of military/police/armed forces to keep us from doing anything or saying anything against anything he does. When you see more guns wondering around your town or city and you and everybody else is getting "eyed" for all movements and listened to for all we say or asked about what we say then you will know that your or his idea of martial law is not the same but for him it does not matter what you think.
