is only going to enforce that Order via the compliance of the Executive Branch. Its why Karl Rove never testified in front of Congress; Congress (as well as the Court) can issue all the Orders they want, and President Jr. decided 'you know what, Karl? I'm not gonna enforce that order to appear, so don't worry about it.'

Constitutionally neither the Courts nor Congress can enforce or compell a damn thing, because carrying out those Orders are the jurisdiction of the Executive Branch. That having been said--

I'm no fan of Chief Justice John Roberts. But I do sincerley believe that he has quite a bit of respect for the Court as an integral and Institutional mechanism of co-equal government, redress of grievances, etc. And I therefore highly doubt that John Roberts is about to lose a pissing contest IN HIS OWN HOUSE to Donald fucking Trump, President or not...no matter how many hookers the man-child might seek to hire to defend him. Weve empowered The Leviathan to swing a pretty big damn hammer on our behalf in this country. The arguments for actually swinging it are the entirety of what the Court is designed to do.

So have fun with that, 'Mr. President'.
