2. There is no logical reason why Bannon should be on the NSC.

He has zero qualifications. Therefore, something is up with this. Removing the Generals from the council removes the only people who would object to dangerous plans created by Trump and his team. Generals are non-political voices who can be relied on to tell you when something is really stupid.
