Honestly I can see that he might thing that having to abide by all these regulations when doing business would be a complete drag. I can see how he would want to get these christian billionaires in his pocket. He can lift the sanctions on Russia, give Putin his pipeline, collect his kickback, and still start his cable show. Sigh...
