8. Everyone needs to read the linked article. This is truly scary shit when Trump is bypassing the

professionals who normally have a seat at the table on the NSC in lieu of his son-in-law Jared, and an advisor whose claimed military service is questionable as another poster has mentioned. Trump's son-in-law's only qualification is that he is the son of a wealthy man who Chris Christie sent to prison for corruption, thereby leaving Jared to manage the family owned newspaper and real estate holdings. Trump has said that Jared is possibly the only man who can bring peace to the middle east. This is just one more example of Trump's gross exaggeration tendencies and his willingness to put this nation at risk in order for him to always appear to be the smartest man in the room. Trump who went to a military style high school likes to pretend that he has military experience, while choosing to request medical deferments for imaginary heel spurs (on which foot he can't remember) when the opportunity came for him to serve.

Likewise, his two grown sons skipped military service as well while always claiming like their father, how much respect they have for the men in uniform. Yes, as long as those men in uniform are not them. If there is anyone in uniform who still has any respect for this man who has now made it apparent that he doesn't give a damn about members of the military, when he foregoes those who should have a seat at the NSC table for his hand picked 'advisors' who have no professional track record related to National Security is some scary shit, and shouldn't be tolerated. Every member of the GOP should be called on the carpet on this issue. This in no longer a game of pretend. This is real, and the delusional man living in the white house is playing with fire and putting people's lives at risk.
